Carrying out a detailed Leaving Condition Report

We will visit your holiday home after a guest has left and provide a detailed report on how the property was left, (including photographic evidence of any damage found), with this being useful if you need to make a claim against your guest to make good any damage they have caused.

Carry out a Deep Clean

Between guests we will carry out a deep clean of your holiday home leaving it in pristine condition for your next visitors.

This clean will be carried out to our guaranteed high standards and we will only use environmentally safe cleaning products.

Towels and Bedding

We will change all the towels and bedding and replenish any refreshments and toiletries that are provided.

Wash all Towels and Bedding

We will take care of washing and drying all bedding and towels so that they are ready for the next guest.

Accompanied Handover

Should you require an Accompanied Handover service, White Feather Cleaning Solutions can arrange for somebody to meet your guests at your holiday home at their designated book in time, show them round the property and give them a Health and Safety Induction, explaining what to do in case of fire and such.

For a fixed monthly fee, a Freephone, (0800 number), will be provided to your guests for them to phone in any crisis and White Feather will manage whatever situation your guest calls about, from contacting your insurance company in the event of a major crisis like a water leak or fire, arranging for small repairs to be carried out, (subject to an agreed maximum cost without having to get authorisation and photographic evidence of why the work required doing), or whatever they need to contact you about in an emergency.

This number could also be given to the police and fire service as an emergency number and you as the host would be copied in to any e-mail correspondence between guests and other agencies and be provided with a monthly report of any contact through this means.
